1. Initial Consultation 

Virtual Meeting: A designer or interior expert meets with the client via messaging platform to understand their style, needs, and budget. 

Space Assessment: The designer gathers details about the current space, including measurements, photographs, and layout, which can be provided by the client. 

2. Design Concept Development 

Mood Boards & Conceptual Ideas: The designer creates a visual concept that includes color palettes, furniture styles, materials, and general aesthetics based on the client’s preferences. 

Style Recommendations: Suggestions for themes or design styles (e.g., modern, minimalistic, bohemian, industrial) tailored to the client's taste and functional requirements. 

3. Space Planning & Layout Design 

Digital Floor Plan: The designer creates a detailed, scaled layout of the space, using CAD (computer-aided design) software and 3D modeling tools. This might include suggested furniture arrangements, traffic flow considerations, Additional bathrooms and Kitchen design.  

Virtual Staging: 3D renderings or virtual walkthroughs of the redesigned space help clients visualize how the changes will look. These can be adjusted based on feedback.  

4. Ongoing Support & Revisions 

Feedback Loop: After initial design proposals and layouts, the client can give feedback, and the designer can revise and refine the design as needed. 

Virtual Check-ins: Ongoing virtual meetings or email consultations to address questions, troubleshoot problems, or assist during the renovation process. 

5. Final Deliverables – PDF Format 

3D Renderings & Visualizations: High-quality images of the finished design, allowing the client to experience the space before committing to purchasing items or starting renovations. 

Shopping List & Specifications: A comprehensive list of all recommended items, including furniture, fixtures, accessories, and materials, along with purchase links or vendor information. 

Implementation Guide: A detailed document with instructions on how to set up the space, including any step-by-step renovation or decoration tasks.
